Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refunds

• Participation fees are non-refundable once registration is confirmed, as they directly support prizes, judges, and logistics.
• Refunds will only be considered in cases of duplicate payment or technical error during registration.

2. Cancellations

• If a participant wishes to withdraw, they may do so before the competition deadline. However, fees will not be refunded.
• Kala Quest reserves the right to cancel or reschedule competitions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered transfer of registration to the next competition.
