Subhasish Guha (Recitation & Acting):

Subhasish Guha is a seasoned cultural contributor with 20 years of experience in recitation and radio play. He brings depth and versatility, judging performances across all age groups in national competitions. Based in Pune, Maharashtra, he is committed to nurturing expressive talent through spoken art. His association with Kala Quest reflects professionalism and dedication to creative excellence


Deb Sarkar (Art & Craft):

Deb Sarkar is a seasoned visual artist and illustrator inspired by Norman Rockwell’s expressive realism with over three decades of professional experience.
He blends commerce and creativity through art, photography, and design. Since 2012, he has worked full-time in visual storytelling, exhibitions, and multimedia projects. Associated with Aramva Publishers and Barasat Academy of Culture, West Bengal.
He was also associated with CINE ART DIRECTORS’ GUILD, Affiliated to FCTWEI, Kolkata, as Asst. Art Director till February, 2026.
Currently he is associated with PRACHEEN KALA KENDRA, Chandigarh as an examiner.


Premalatha Bhaskaran (Art & Craft):

Premalatha Bhaskaran is an experienced art educator with 15 years of teaching at a reputed ICSE school in Hyderabad.
She specializes in watercolors, acrylics, oils, and 2D relief works, with a strong foundation in animation. Her freelance practice complements her classroom expertise, fostering creativity and expression. Dedicated to inclusive education, she uses art to empower students with ADHD and Autism through emotional and cognitive growth.


Bhaswati Dhar (Vocal):

Bhaswati Dhar is a seasoned vocalist with 20 years of experience, holding the title of Sangeet Visharad. She brings expertise across all vocal forms, from classical to contemporary styles. Dedicated to nurturing talent, she judges competitions for children’s groups aged 3–17.Based in Secunderabad, Telangana, she contributes professionalism and cultural depth to Kala Quest.


Sounick Tarafdar (Art & Craft):

Sounick Tarafdar is an accomplished artist with 13 years of experience, holding the title of Kala Bisharada. He specializes in Art & Craft and is associated with Chhaya School of Art. Committed to nurturing creativity; he judges competitions across children’s groups from ages 3 to 17. Based in Ranaghat, West Bengal, he brings dedication and professionalism to national-level art contests.


Soumitra Dey Purkayastha (Vocal):

Soumitra Dey Purkayastha is a dedicated vocalist with two decades of experience in the field of music and singing. Over the past 20 years, he has honed his craft across diverse genres, building a reputation for his expressive voice and deep musicality.
His journey reflects not only artistic excellence but also a commitment to preserving and sharing the rich traditions of vocal performance. Through his work, Soumitra continues to inspire audiences and contribute meaningfully to the cultural landscape of music.


Subhabrata Dutta (Acting):

Subhabrata Dutta is a seasoned actor with over 15 years of experience in the field of stage performance, bringing life to diverse characters across numerous dramas. His passion for theatre extends beyond performance, as he has been actively engaged in conducting acting workshops and nurturing young talent. With a strong commitment to arts education, he has guided children in exploring creativity, expression, and confidence through drama.
His dual role as performer and mentor highlights his dedication to both the craft of acting and the empowerment of the next generation of artists.


Sudarshana Dhar (Vocal):

Sudarshana Dhar began her training at a young age in Shillong under Smt. Shukla Dam. In Kolkata, she became a disciple of Sangeetacharya Pandit Amiya Ranjan Bandopadhyay of the Bishnupur gharana, one of Bengal’s oldest dhrupad-rooted traditions. She trained further in Hindustani classical music under Smt. Sudeshna Gupta and Smt. Moumita Mitra. Now under Shri Prithwidip Bhattacharyya, she has found her true calling in Rabindra Sangeet, dedicating herself to rendering it in its purest and most authentic form.
Deeply committed to nurturing music among the younger generation, she takes great joy in passing on this rich heritage to the students of tomorrow.


Shaymal Naug (Acting):

With over 25 years of dedication to the stage, Shaymal Naug has established himself as a distinguished figure in the field of drama. He has acted in more than 50 professional performances, earning numerous prizes and accolades that celebrate his artistry and commitment to theatre.
As a core member of his drama troupe, Shaymal has travelled extensively across India, performing on prestigious stages and competing in diverse platforms nationwide.
His journey reflects not only his passion for performance but also his contribution to enriching India’s cultural landscape through drama.


Mukta Basu (Dance):

Mukta Basu, based out of Hyderabad, is a versatile dancer trained in Bharatnatyam, Kathak, and the Tanushree Shankar style. Over the years, she has performed at prestigious venues across India, including Delhi, Kolkata, Purulia, Midnapore, and Hyderabad (notably Ramoji Film City).
Beyond her own performances, Mukta has nurtured young talent by training children and forming a dance troupe, where she choreographs complete productions and presents them on stage. Her dedication to both performance and pedagogy has brought vibrant cultural programs to life at many festivals.
Mukta combines her deep knowledge of classical and contemporary dance with her passion for mentoring the next generation, making her an inspiring presence in the world of performing arts.
