Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and participating in competitions organized by Kala Quest, the participants / parents / guardians agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Kala Quest reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, with changes effective immediately upon posting.

2. Eligibility

• Competitions are open to children aged 3 to 17 years.
• Parents/guardians must provide consent for participants under 18.
• Kala Quest reserves the right to verify age and eligibility.

3. Participation

• A modest participation fee is required to enter competitions.
• Fees are transparently allocated: 56% for prizes, 33% for judges’ honorariums, 10% for logistics, and 1% for administration.
• Submissions must be original works created by the participant. Plagiarism or misrepresentation will result in disqualification.

4. Judging & Results

• Judging is conducted by qualified artists and musicians from across India.
• Decisions of the judges are final and binding.
• Kala Quest ensures transparency and fairness in scoring.

5. Intellectual Property

• Participants retain ownership of their work.
• By submitting entries, participants grant Kala Quest the right to showcase their work on its platform, social media, and promotional materials, with proper credit.
