Kala Quest is an online platform that organizes art and music competitions for children aged 3 to 17 years. It blends India’s rich cultural heritage with technology to give young talent a stage to shine.
Who can participate?
Children between the ages of 3 and 17 are eligible. Parental or guardian consent is required for all participants.
How do I register my child?
Registration is done online. You’ll need to provide basic details such as the child’s name, age, and contact information, along with the participation fee.
Is there a participation fee?
Yes, a modest fee is charged. The funds are transparently used for prizes (56%), judges’ honorariums (33%), logistics (10%), and administration (1%).
What happens to my child’s artwork or performance?
Participants retain ownership of their work. Kala Quest may showcase entries on its website, social media, or promotional materials, always with proper credit.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
Participation fees are non-refundable once registration is confirmed. Refunds are only considered in cases of duplicate payment or technical errors.
What if a competition is cancelled?
If Kala Quest cancels or reschedules a competition, participants will be offered a transfer of registration to the next competition.
How are prizes delivered?
Prizes are delivered directly to the participant’s doorstep. Logistics expenses are included in the participation fee.
How is my child’s data protected?
Kala Quest collects only essential details and uses secure payment gateways. Personal information is never shared with third parties except for prize delivery or as required by law.
